Two years in the making, our Trafford Centre location was born from a conversation with one of the centre’s consultants — already a fan of the brand particularly our acai bowls — who recognised that Plant Blends could bring a new kind of healthy eating experience to one of the UK’s busiest shopping destinations. After countless logistical and construction delays, the store finally opened in March 2024
